US-Led International Coalition destroys oil tankers to IS Group in Deir al-Zour

The Joint Task Force of the International Coalition announced on Tuesday the destruction of tankers and oil pumps belonging to the organization of IS near the city of Deir al-Zour.

The statement said that the coalition aircraft launched several air strikes targeting the group’s most important sites, hit a fuel pump, which led to the complete destruction off in addition to trucks "oil trucks" near Deir al-Zour in eastern Syria.

The statement added that the air raids targeted the cities of Albu Kamal, Raqqa and Tabqa in the military operation of “the solid determination” aimed at combating IS organization. The statement said that the aircraft launched air raids on military sites to the group near the city of Mosul in Iraq, which led to the destruction of artillery system and a cars parking.

It is noteworthy that IS organization had launched military operations near the city of Shaddadi in the countryside of Hasakah after military forces brought from Deir al-Zour in order to make progress on the YPG militia in the region, especially in the villages of Hariri and Ghazawi..
